The Venturer runs between Buckden and Grassington, with buses timed to connect with Keighley Bus Company 72 services to Skipton. From October 2018 the route was extended to Hebden on some services.

The route between Buckden & Grassington is the same as that followed by the NYC 72A service, other than at Long Ashes, where the Venturer stops at the Leisure Centre, as well as at the site entrance.
